Do you mean federal, state or city? I'm pretty sure all states and cities have their own Web sites, which most likely list job openings. For example, Ohio has stateofohiojobs.com.

Jeebus has a point. You need to be a minority woman with some strange sort of handicap. Also try padding your resume with degrees from foreign schools.
