Republic/Democracy - USA, Canada, etc.
Constitutional Monarchy - Britain and several others where they have a monarch mainly for ceremony but power lies in the parliament.
Theocracy - Vatican City run by the pope.
Dictatorships - Red China, Vietnam, North Korea, Cuba some others.
Monarchies - Different than dictatorship because king, prince, sultan etc. derive power by right of birth or blood not ideology like dictators. Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan for examples.
Hope that helps.
BTW, things like socialist, capitalist, communist, etc. are economic terms not necessarily political terms.
