In the solar system i think it is Pluto (But i think a new planet has been discovered , farther than Pluto from the Earth). But no idea about the planets out if the Solar System. As we've found a few other systems(Star & Planets). So we don't know which planet is the furthest one...

Pluto is usually the furthest planet from earth that is considered a planet, but sometimes its orbit crosses over Neptune's and Neptune becomes the farthest. In fact this was how things were until recently. Unless you mean planets outside of our solar system, we have discovered lots of them (mainly gas giants) but I don't remember which is the farthest away.

According to normal characteristics for planets, pluto should technically not be a planet. There is another object discovered which is outside of pluto's orbit for most of it's own orbit around the sun. Scientists are STILL debating on whether this should be classifed as a planet, and if so what it should be named. If pluto is considered a planet, this object should be too because it is bigger. Just some interesting information.

the reall answer is that nobody knows what it is. we have just barely grasped the idea of other planets in our own galaxy. but we have not even discovered planets in other galaxies yet. and we dont even know how many other galaxies there are. maybe you should think about asking what is the furthest planet away from us that we know about.
