There are alot of advantages to being married as long as you married the right one. Having someone who loves unconditionally, having your best friend with you, having a second opinion to things that matter to you, knowing that at the end of a hard day you have that special someone to give you a hug and tell everything is going to be okay, and so much more. The only disadvantage is not the sex with one person, (grow up to everyone else, you shouldn't be married), but married people have a tendency to get into the same old monotonous routine and that ultimately ends up leading to the marriages untimely death.

Marriage has it advantages and disadvantages as in everything in life. In a marriage you have the partner to help out with things listen to your feelings give and honest opinion of how they feel. hold you at night you don't habe to bed hop anymore. The disadvantages is you may argue at times but it's healthy you may want to choke them for their ideas but know they came from the heart all things has it's ups and downs but the bottom line is you make it work!

There is no advantage for a guy to get married. You have to check in, and ask her for everything you want to do, And $$$ will be an issue all the time. Single people can do what they want when they want. Go to www.blowmeuptom.com and listen live for a week before you get married, or propose to a woman. ALL WOMAN will say yes get married if it is right or whatever reasons they give, but I can tell ya, I am married....trust me, Think about it.

It is different for everyone, so this you will have to find out for yourself because what works for my wife and I may not work for you. However, let me say if you find the right person it is the greatest, then an the other hand if you don't find the right on then it will not be as great as it could be. So take your time and get to know the person really well before you get married.

The advantage is that I learn to become a more complete man by learning what it takes to truely love my wife; the disadvantage is that she must be willing to take a lifetime for me to learn the complete lesson.

you know all the idiots who answered this and said something stupid obviously isn't married.I have been married for alittle over 2yrs.their are no disadvantages.if youthink their is then you shouldn't get married. that means you're not ready.you are taking someone for better or worse.their will be a lot of hard times and alot of good times thats what a marriage is about with or without kids.it's hard and rewarding at the same time.me and my husband argue and we fight but that is the way we communicate.

financial security and children would be the advantages. Disadvantages, you have to tell them where you are going, what you are doing and you lose your free time and freedom.
