Tourism will be a while getting going on Mars, little things like habitat, oxygen and food supply need to be considered first!
When it does get going, I imagine that the Mons Olympus volcano will be a busy spot, along with the Valles Marinaris trench- it make the grand canyon on earth look like a sidewalk crack!
Likely we will not have any martian remains or buildings to look at, but the locations of the various rovers and spacecraft that we have already sent there will be on the list of things to see!
This site

will have some interesting things for you to consider and think about!

If one had the power to go to Mars at this point in time, and survive there, a tourist could do whatever they wanted there.

Try to find a way back to Earth. And because of the fact that there are no buss, train or air plane connections with the Earth, it will be quite difficult to find something. So I hope for the tourist that his rocket didn't crash, otherwise he could have some problems.

Depends on where they go on holiday.

But wherever they go they shouldn't try to live solely on Mars bars; they may taste nice but there are vital vitamins, proteins an minerals that the body simply can't get enough of if you're on Mars all the time.

Climb a mountain. Visit the equivalent of the Grand Canyon. Visit the Face they might have found there once, though they're saying it was a trick of light and shadows.
