He's like every other guilty, filthy rich wh0re who feels bad about having such extreme wealth - he won't give it away, but asks everyone else to contribute. Same reason Bush starts wars and doesn't care about natural disaster victoms - he thinks everyone can "just move, buy a new house, take an expensive vacation, no big deal to spend a TRILLION dollars on a war - it's just money - duh.
