Best sitcom from the 90's: Seinfeld
Best sitcom from the 00's: None. Since Seinfeld left, there hasn't been a sitcom worth watching.

The Office or Scrubs. They're both imaginitive, and roll out the jokes/gags back to back to back. It's non-stop laughter from beginning to end. Older sitcoms, especially from the 80's, are funny but take too long between jokes.
