I went on one last month, it was ok, I was disapointed in the food was not great. However the boat is nice and the staff.

IT depends on what you go for. Most private events are catered by a different company than the dinner cruises. Its classier than say the Spirit of Boston, has strickter dress codes and expects a higher level of decorum. Of course its also more expensive than the Spirit of Boston. Its a good place for a fancy night out, but if you're going to hang loose and all that, try the Spirit of Boston. Be warned though, both ships have those annoying photographers forcing you to take your picture.

Well, the Odyssey Cruises in Washington, DC are done by the same company.
We have 3 different companies in the DC area, and by far, Odyssey is the best (nicest ships, largest ships, best entertainment, best food), but they are also the most expensive.
Also, their ships are flat and wide, not shaped like regular ships, so they rock less and will be better for anyone who tends to get a little seasick.

I was invited for a wedding on the odyssey and never again will I ever go.. It was horrible, I really felt sorry for the bride and groom. The food was horrible, I've had better food at the hospital cafe.
