I see you are an anarchist. So, what happen to proving the case beyond a reasonable doubt? I dislike Child molesters as much as everyone else does, but if you allow killing them on the spot - how do you really know they are guilty?

Killing Drug Dealers? Humm - I guess it depends on what you mean by drug dealers. Anyone with a certain amount of illegal drugs in their possession, even if it is for personal use, can be accused of being a drug dealer.

Well I hate child molesters but everyone deserves a fair trail plus not everyone accused of molesting a child is guilty.
However the great state of South Carolina passed a wonderful law, the Jessica Lundsford bill. If you are found guilty of rape of a child under 12, on the 2nd office you can be put to death. It's an awesome law, lets get these guys out of the system and on to their maker.

Drug dealers are a bit more complicated but I have to say I don't miss Tookie Williams.

Are you talking about the death penalty? If so, I agree with your statement if the criminal has antisocial personality disorder, or is a psychopath. Those people cannot be helped, and it is just wasting the tax dollars! Right on! I'm liking these questions today! Thank you for mentioning child molestation and the sale of drugs in the same sentence. They both have a strong correlation and are equally horrific crimes.

Nobody is making people buy drugs. That is their own choice, whether or not it is brought about by a bad upbringing or the wrong friends. On the flip side, nobody makes a choice to be molested, especially a child.

I believe in the constitution. I believe in the right to a fair and speedy trial. I believe in due process. I believe in the law against cruel and unusual punishment. I believe the courts make horrible mistakes at times, and individuals with a mob mentality such as your self, are especially prone to making errors.

Child molesters, definitely. They're not ever going to change, why spend money to imprison them, 'rehabilitate' them, then set them free to do it again.

Drug dealers, maybe, but unlike child molesters, they're not operating on their own, there's a bigger network that needs to be dealt with there.

I think any criminal that is caught in the act or that it is obvious that they did something should be shot on the spot. Why do we have to prove anything when it is right there. Oh, that's right, we want them to have a fair trial.
