If we did do something about them ......who thinks the liberals would scream that we need to leave them alone after a few months of war? When the liberals start answering this question.....I can't wait to hear you say the word negotiate.

Bush doesn't seem to keen on war with No. Korea, any way.

The point is if action occurs there it will be in cooperation with Japan, So. Korea, and likely China and Russia. Thus after Kim Jong-il is defeated, the likely thing to happen would be the reunification of the nation into a single Korea.

No one would be against that.

Now, had we not wasted our time on a minimal threat, maybe we could have liberated people without creating a civil war.

Once again, the loony leftists have no concept of what is going on. North Korea will almost certainly not attack anyone. They would have absolutely nothing if they lose the support of China, and China will not let them start a conflict. North Korea is trying to intimidate it's neighbors into giving the better economic deals. The danger with them is weapons proliferation. These weapons tests are so dangerous because they intend to launch missiles over Japan and into the pacific to provoke a response from the west to get China into a more hostile posture toward the U.S. and Japan. Attacking them would play right into their hands. Once again, these morons just spew crap without thinking!!!

No, liberals say North Korea is more of a threat than Iraq ever was. Pointing out NK has WMDs and Iraq didn't never does any good with Bush-bots though.

Of course, the US will never invade North Korea because 1) Haliburton (and Bushco) can't make obscene profits through more no-bid contracts, and 2) The Chineese (who own a lot of the US debt) wouldn't like it.

War shoud always be the LAST resort especially with a country like NORTH Korea, so what's the problem, are you against negotiating first and whenever possible?

We'll wait and see what's a threat like everyone else. Also,Bush is quite the threat because he uses nationalists like you fight his wars to domesticate oil-rich countries for his gain, not yours, sucker.
