You are absolutley correct. However, I think that the reason that most people believe that abortion is okay is because they are uneducated about human developement. You forgot to mention that they are now offering anesthesia for the inwomb child so that they don't have to experience the agony of having their arms and limbs sucked off and ripped off during the abortion. More people would be against abortion and for the right to life if they knew just how gruesome abortion is. It is murder and a violation of the Unborn's civil rights.

I find it disturbing that when hardcore pro lifers that cannot see the world with an open mind they have to fight the abortion issue with the most graphic and gruesome discription of the procedure. "Drills my skull...vacuums my brains out...crushing my skull?" It's a little more difficult than that. If that was the way it was done, any slob out there can give an abortion like that. It doesn't occur to you that maybe there is a reason for an abortion. But no, let's just let children be born into poverty, abuse, neglect, and disease. Screw the child that may have to live for the rest of it's (more than likely) short life with tubes in it's throat and machines attached to it's chest because of a horrible, but natural, accident. We're going to make you suffer through it.
You are the same people that are against gays getting married and adopting kids. The same kids that the parents decided NOT to abort but didn't want anyway. But YOU want to deny that child of a loving family and great life. In a perfect world, everyone would have children when they are married, they won't be raped, they won't have any diseases, and zero complications. But that WON'T HAPPEN! Adoption can work, I know, but you never know about the family adopting the child either.
You are also probably against stem cell research. Oh God forbid that as long as abortions are still going on, that maybe some good can come out of it. It isn't as if the doctors are recruiting people to have abortions to further research. These are fetuses that are already aborted and are used to try and cure disease and heal injured tissues and organs. I don't understand you people. You want to save the poor child that is going to probably be unloved, but at the same time you don't want to help further the studies that could help cure the major aillments of the world. What do you want? All the unloved children to live and the adults with failing organs to die? That is disturbing.

Almost the same question as I answered this morning. And I will answer the same. When the religious right is prepared to take responsibility for all of the existing children in foster care and considered unadoptable because they are not perfect. When there are no more children crying because they are starving, because Mommy beats them or because Daddy abuses them, then you will have a right to ask the stupid non-question you just did!! What have you done for all the children HERE?? In this country, never mind the rest of the world??? So righteous, so judgmental, so nasty, what ever happened to "Judge not least ye be judged" or have you forgotten that?? And by the way, your baby would have to be a long term abortion and Doctors don't do those unless they need to save the mothers life. To start from the bottom, no you are not speaking the truth. So you didn't even make a dent in the self esteem of liberals.

Next, the doctor swore not to take a person's life. An early term-fetus or a zygote is not a person. For a late term fetus, i see your point. But before 8 weeks it doesn't even have all the organs. So blah..

Lastly, I would love to be the doctor that drills your skull and vacuums your brains out, although I doubt that you have any brains inside that skull. But nevertheless, want to make an appointment?

I agree with you completely. Unfortunately there are many many ignorant liberals on here. Every human life is sooooo SOOOO important! For the person who was talking about the 13 year old who had the guy forced on her.... ADOPTION. Do not kill the INNOCENT CHILD WITHIN! Every baby is planned. Maybe not by the carrier, but by the many people who so desperately want a baby but for some reason can not have one. Questions about abortion hurt so bad. I don't understand why people can kill and innocent child and not care. How cold of a person can do that? I answered a question once and was voted best answer about a person who had a abortion but two months later had a question about trying for a baby, and she had the nerve to call me cold hearted when she killed a baby because the "timing" was not right..... The best things in life are sometimes unplanned. I don't understand all the cold-hearted murderers out there. How can they do it?????
