it either means something sexual already explained OR that he was going to punch a guy in the face and he would be hit and go "boom boom down" to the ground. Or... it's gibberish that Snow knows best.

It means absolutely nothing: Snow was well known for being a "rapper" who was terrible at thinking up lyrics and if he couldn't find a clever way to express something so that it rhymed, he'd just use anything that came close to fitting even if it was terrible, irrelevant to the song, made no sense whatsoever and/or used made-up words and phrases. Other examples:
The bigger they are they think they have more power
They're on the phone me say that on hour (wtf??)
Me for want to use it once to call my lover
Lover who I'm gonna call is the one Tammy
I love her from my heart down to my belly (wow, that's...not very much at all really)
Yes Daddy Snow, I'm the coolest daddy

Lyrics like these explain why he only ever had one hit.
