Yea yea forget about the child molestation charges. I hear that Michael Jackson is the biggest artist known around the world. If you wanted a spokesperson for poverty. Who would it be Michael, Bono? or someone else.

I think Bono is a better example than Michael Jackson, even though he is absolutely the most famous person in the world. Michael Jackson was charged with child molestation and for that reason only he should not be talking about children's education and so on. I think Bono's doing a good job. But there are a few other people who are worth listening to and are very good spokespersons like Bob Geldof and Angelina Jolie.

Bono does a lot for charities and trying to help with different problems around the globe. i think he's awesome for it. Michael Jackson wouldn't be as good bc of the charges and so forth he has been facing because that's what people think of when they hear about him. They would think he was doing it to regain some of his tarnished image.

Well Michael has donated a lot of money to children's charities but there's too many idiots that believe everything they hear from the media and think Michael is a bad guy.

♥♥We Love You Michael!!!!♥♥

Hell NO!!!

While Bono may be pompous & self-rightous he doesn't carry the heavy bagage from you-know-what.

Michael would lack credibility. People would think twice about helping his cause regardless of how good & great it is.

It comes down to that old saying; "sometimes it's the messenger and not just the message".

Bono has been working with Amnesty International for well over twenty years. He's known over the world for someone who cares, and not just because he needs to. He has always used his celebrity status to discuss his causes.

I think Bono is the man for this, I think he is more approachable and this is his calling in life. Some people no matter how big their star is does not mean they are always the right person for the job.

Michael Jackson would be better suited to ask: "How can we stop child abuse?".
