Why should we support any of those causes?

That was one of my points in my response to 'his' question. I'm tired of celebrities trying to raise money by playing poker or throwing a charity concert. For God's sake, just write a check - it's no skin off their backs!

Throwing money at a problem seldom works. The main problem in Africa is the wars between the tribes. When (if) there is peace, the other problems will start to solve themselves.
