and I think he is cute, but the staff think I am planning to sleep with him. I m not like that, but how can I get them to trust me to be alone with him and have nothing happen?

well, did you ever think that they might not be as worried about you as they are of him? they know what they are doing, and they know how guys are.... they will say and do anything, and the reason they are preventing you from being alone with him, is that in the event that something does happen, they wouldn't want your life to be any harder if you became pregnant or got something from him.....
....it sucks, i know, but they are really just trying to protect you...
if you really want them to think your resposible.... talk to someone in the staff that you might be close to and try to do more around there, and show them that you are responsible....

then don't be alone with him behind a locked door. you still can talk, as long as it's somewhere where others can see you.
