Absolutely. The press is selling out this country to sell papers. They need to start putting the country's best interest first.

That is a switch! Usually Bush KNOWS the questions that they are going to ask beforehand. Or he calls on reporters that he knows will NOT ask a tough question. Maybe the press is finally getting some nerve to ask some tough questions. I disagree that the Press is liberal...if they were they would have asked tough questions for the past 5 years! Where the press may have been more liberal in the past...that is not the case today. Today big corporations own the major media outlets...that being both television and newspapers. As we all should know by now, if nothing else, big corporations run this country. It is they who lobby our lawmakers, they who decide where our tax dollars go or do not go. So, that is why the media have let him coast along with his same answers all this time. The only thing that they have reported with any real true substance during this administration is Bush's oral flubs!
(by the way...I am NOT a liberal...I am an Independent American voter!

I think asking him about N Korea is valid. As pointed out in the PC Bush named N Korea in the " Axis of Evil " yet has made no moves to disarm N Korea or put any political pressure for them to change since he named them in the Axis of Evil. So if he has known they are a problem why hasn't he done anything? Why has he let a member of the Axis of Evil test missiles? We have made steps with Iraq and Iran but the one country that DOES have the ability to strike the continental US, we have done NOTHING. N Korea has been doing the same BS for over 10 years and Bush has done nothing, and so far gives us no reason to think he is going to do otherwise in the future.

You are right. The press should be nothing but a cheering section for the Republicans. Everything President Bush has done has been totally wonderful, especially his handling of Hurricane Katrina. All the press should ever do is glorify him and praise him. Ignorance Is Strength.

Unfortunately in the united states we only have two media companies doing the news. One is liberal the other conservative because of that we do not get any non-bias news. All of the news papers and television news stations are owned by two companies sorry. If you want non-bias news you need to look into getting access to the BBC and PBS. Even then you will need to check the facts.

Yeah the press wants to make Bush look bad, it sells papers. It isn't because they are liberal it is because they want to make a buck. They wanted to make Clinton and Bush Sr. look bad too.
Nobody serves the interests of the American people, because the people are too lazy and the government is too corrupt on both sides of the aisle.

the leftist, elitist press thinks that by pushing this agenda to the american people they can make us forget about the other problems in america...like why the liberals have no answers for any of these situations...
their solution is to just get elected and have us trust them things will get better...
