Well if that is the case, the state has nothing to do with it. Of course there is sex in Massachusettes. Do you smell nice? Try to meet people? Smile and look women in the eyes, but not too long? Compliment your neighbors? Told others you'd like someone special in your life? What seems to be the problem?
