Casablanca is better in my opinion.
Gone with the Wind is too long. I think I only finished it once, just because I wanted to say that I saw the whole thing.

I would have to say Casablanca ... in my opinion, it's the quintessence of what a great film should be. Lots of action, romance, suspense and it's very quotable.
