I have seen people complaining about the reason that they dont have all white colleges, what is wrong with them, do they think before they speak

Thinking before they speak isn't the problem, its being uninformed. Basically, the reason "other" races have their own colleges and institutions is because they weren't allowed in the all white colleges that existed since the beginning of our so called civilized union we call America. People who have yet not a clue as to what happened in years past will say that it's a load of crap. (Chelle) Get the knowledge of the past before you start messing around with the future.

All white Colleges are everywhere. Every College has a 80-90% ratio of White students. White Colleges= Private Universities.

People are sometimes upset because there is a double standard. If there were a college for whites, then we'd be racists. However, there are colleges for blacks only and white people can't complain about them without being called racist again.

Your question (and some answers) seem to assume that there are all black colleges in the US. There aren't. Schools like Brown are traditionally black and have a large percentage of black students, but they also enroll whites (and other races). A private college could, possibly, exclude students because of race (I am not sure it has been tested in the courts), but they would be barred from receiving any federal funds (including financial aid for their students).

I'm not a hater, but why is it OK to have all black
colleges and not all white...you tell me..
and by the way I would not go to an all white college...but there should be one..

It's a double standard. Races other than caucasian are allowed to have their own colleges, college funds, television stations, etc. But if white people do it, it's racist and inappropriate. It's crap.

most of the schools in the midwest and far northeast are all white colleges cuz there are no people of color living there so what are they talkin about?

The ironic thing is that OUR own US Supreme Court always refuses to hear cases of "reverse" discrimination.Is that "equality"?

if people are free they should have what they want, why would i goto a school that has an all only anything, yet through freedom let em have their hate maybe they would quite killing people.
