Does anyone know how to get rid of blackheads in less than 1 week?

Don't squeeze them. Wash your face at least twice a day. I find that plain anti-bacterial hand-soap works great for keeping zits away. Another good product for smooth healthy skin is Appricot Scrub. I use it (before bed) whenever I've been exposed to a lot of dirt in the air (like when riding my motorcycle or when I go to NYC). Also, wash your pillowcase and sheets once a week.

The only way to get rid of black heads is to squeeze them out. I know. dermatologist tell you not to squeeze, but if you don't that sebacious stuff stays in your pores and the blackheads get even bigger and make your pores like man holes.
I say squeeze and then dab a bit of alcohol on the area, so no infection spreads. Wash your face well and keep your hands off your face.
Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet. Stay away from greasy foods.

Lay in a tanning bed 2-3 times a week, showering before and after. Not only will this clear the blackheads up but it will also help prevent future blackheads. The heat will cause your pores to open and the sweat will wash the dirt out of the pores. When you get out of the tanning bed the temp difference will cause your pores to seal themselves shut. Shower in Hot water while you wash and just before you get out of the shower switch to cold to seal your pores and prevent dirt from getting trapped in the pores.
