Focus on reasonable profits instead of maximizing shareholder returns by cutting jobs. It seems silly when business reporters say that profit plummetted by 1 or 2 million dollars at a company that made over 150 million last quarter. I have nothing against profits except when it's at the expense of cutting back on the workforce. Cutting the workforce so a company will survive is a lot different than cutting for higher profit.

get a job. don't be choosy. any job will do as long as long as it pays good money. we're outsourcing coz you guys don't wanna these kinda jobs.
