you need more sleep for one. avon does a really good under eye lightening cream . you could even use a little foundation cream which you can buy almost anywhere, under each eye. this would only take a couple of seconds each morning. then use the lightening cream at night while you sleep. and be in bed by ten !

To make the dark circles less obvious, invest in a good quality under eye cream or cold tea bags. Yes, cold tea bags. It's the tanin in the tea that helps to lessen the dark shadows under your eyes. This method is most effective if the teabags are left over the eyes at night. However, since this can be quite awkward. An hour or so every day, should do the trick.

You're getting older and your skin is changing. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment for a facial at a day spa...yes MEN do this all the time. Let the aethetician help you find a few easy products that will help your skin and put some tone and moisture back into it.

Also, make sure you use a sun block with a minimum SPF 15 on your face in the summer. The crispier you get, the worse your skin will get and the quicker you'll start to look older.

If you are reffering to dark circles under your eyes. that can be caused by an iron defficency. Eat more iron or take a supplement. also don't be afraid of laying down with cucumber slices over your eyes. Hey it can't hurt.

get some touch eclat by yves St Laurant you can buy it on eBay for 15 quid its 22 in debenhams believe me it really covers the dark circles and nobody will know your wearing it more and more men are using beauty products these days anyway go on you'll be amazed by the results

it's just that the skin is thin, i am guessin you' have dark colouring ie, ginger hair usually have pale skin, blond medium and brown dark, this is stero typing and not alway's the case i just wanted to explain of what i ment by dark colouring. all it is, is you have thin skin around you'r eye area there is not much you can do about this you can try lightley massaging around the eye area, and start to eat healthy,

you could just be lacking in iron that can cause it as i had it before.... increase your iron intake by eating more red meat and dark green veggies and also increase your vit c intake which helps absorb iron ie more cirus fruit like oranges..... you could just be tired try and get a good nights sleep. hope i helped
