I was trying to parallel park and he jumped out and started yelling at me, I'm still learning to drive?

What car do you own? If it sucks and his doesn't I'd say ram into it, then pull out the 45, and then peacefully finish practicing your parallel parking. And go on with life.

Very calmly tell him that you're a new driver and you don't know what the problem is but you'd be happy to call 911 and have a police officer settle any misunderstanding. Then get your cell phone and very politely and deliberately start to dial.

Apologize even if it wasn't your fault and let him know you are still learning. If he continues to rant and rave then chances are you are an outlet for something else that is bothering him. Concentrate on doing the best you can and happy driving

You should be courteous and friendly to him. If you are just always this way to everyone, it will make life a lot easier. Just be nice, because

If you live in California, you would just point your gun at him and blow him away. In most other states just tell him to f*(k off. If you want to be cool, just realize that 90% of the people are assG(*() and can't help themselves. Laugh at how stupid they are in comparison to you.

I usually wave my Glock at them and yell back "I'm sorry, I didn't hear you. I was loading my .45".
