You can take fresh cucumber slices and place them on your eyes for about 20 minutes. Or you could take used cold tea bags and place them on your eyes. Or you even could take potato slices and place them on your eyes for 15 minutes. But beware some people ARE allergic to raw potatos and you can develop hives due to an allergic reaction. So you're better off going with cucumbers or tea bags.

I've heard that Preparation H gets rid of puffiness under the eyes.

Bags, puffiness and dark circles are usually a result of lack of sleep. So take a weekend to catch up on your sleep. I also noticed that vegetarians sometimes get bags, puffiness and dark circles from lack of nutrition.

My mom recommenced Preparation H. For some reason, hemorrhoid cream just seems to work. Also, try getting about an hour more sleep every day, and wear good sunglasses. This will prevent you from getting eye strain.

Preparation H is widely used by strippers for this. Actually, they rub it all over their bodies-especially legs and thighs-its makes everything appear slimmer and more firm.
Also, try to use frozen ice packs-like the gel ones that people put in their lunchboxes- and hold them over your eyes for about 15 minutes. I know from experience that this really works!!!

Try using tea bags that have steeped in hot water. Be sure that they cool enough to use first.

Cucumbers. You know, cut them into coins and sit with them over your eyes for ten minutes. make sure you are relaxed, as this will make them more effective. Take care!
