Jesus was a joke to them, someone not to take seriously do you think that would change with color of people in politics? A black Muslim or any Muslim would never be selected or nominated for president of USA! This is a Christian nation we and they have fundamental differences etc. Another reason why we have no business with our military in Iraq!

I think if the U.S. elected a president with an administration serving him/her who were more cognizant of the cultures/politics/religious groupings of the Middle East and didn't just see this region (which is more than just Muslims and Arabs) as a source for energy (i.e. oil) we'd have much better relations with more of the countries in that part of the world.
Also... to the person above me who said that Muslims see Jesus as some sort of big joke.... This isn't true. Muslims honor Jesus as a prophet.
Before we start throwing stones it's good to get to know a bit more about each other.

Secondly, no, I don't think the Middle East would treat us differently. Because we don't believe what they believe, they want to destroy us.
Did it stop them from flying airplanes into the Trade Center Buildings where many, as you call, "black Muslims" worked???

No. I do not believe anything would be different. The problem with in middle east, as in most parts of our world, is based in ignorance and poverty. The color of our president would do little to change that.
A forward looking president, regardless of color, who is office to serve and protect the USA would be of far greater value.

The radical Muslims know no color. Since their beliefs are different and in contrast to ours, the only thing they want to see is our red blood on the ground. End of story.
