i don't know if this will help, but there is a book available which has facial exercises that claim to help tone your facial muscles, it's called 'facelift at your fingertips' apart from that, there are some non-surgical procedures offered by beauty salons which claim to do the same. with weightloss, it's important to try to not lose weight too quickly, no more than 2lbs a week, this gives the skin chance to adjust. your mother will feel better from losing weight anyway, I hope she will be happier. you're sweet to be concerned for her x

Hey,
This is a very good anti-aging program I'm following: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=547
it's developed by Steve and Becky Holman and it's 100% natural: no drugs, no supplements, no gimmick. They teach how to slow the aging process. There are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop and even reverse the aging process. There are also things they you absolutely have to avoid if you really want to look younger and achieve your ideal body. More info on the site.

as she is losing weight at her age her collagen and elastin fibres in her skin arent going to be as strong and wont adjust to this weight loss she needs a good skin cream with collagen in it which she can get from any department store. she could also go to a local salon and get the microcurrent treatment its which put collagen and elastin back into the skin whilst also toning slack muscle... its not very expensive price around my mother had it down after 10 treatmnts it looked like she had a face lift it doesnt hurt just tingles

she could exercise her cheeks, just by pretending she is going to kiss someone, tell her to do this a couple of times a day. It also prevents wrinkles around the mouth.
