No, I do not have a yeast infection or a STD, the doctor just disregarded my question but clearly stated I was free of any STD's and a yeast infection.
But no matter how many showers I take, I feel vaginal leakage along with a smell. I mean, it's clear and not much of a problem until having sex. I am over come by the smell and I feel ashamed to have sex on bahalf that my man will smell it. He hasn't said anything but I feel stand-offish during sex. (which really sucks, lol) Sometimes I leak so much that it wets my pants. I go to the bathroom frequently just to make sure.
I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem during pregnancy. And if so....please help!!

It is clear and just fluid like....no texture. This has been going on for about a month and a half.

When you are pregnant you naturally have cervical mucus that leaks from your body. You may have a bacterial infection if it has a bad odor though.

Definitely talk to your doctor. However, keep in mind a few things. You will smell different which is alarming on it's own. Your nose is way sensitive at this time to anything and everything. You produce alot of liquids down there. and OMG I MEAN ALOT! I did the same with all of my pregnancies. It always went away a few months after the baby was born. This may be my personal theory, but i get wet alot when i am sexually excited and given the fact that you are in a perpetual state of excitement throughout your pregnancy due to all the blood in that area, it only made matters worse. So when your doctor is telling you, you don't have an infection and your STD check came out clean, most likely he's not lying to you. But definitely ask again anyway. There is no such thing as being too sure.

First of all, it's possible to have a lot of discharge when you are pregnant, enough that some women have to use pads or pantyliners to keep them dry. I was always pretty wet, through my whole pregnancy. The question I have is what does the discharge look like? Is it whiteish, yellowish? What kind of smell is it? Normal discharge does have a smell, and maybe it's just your nose is so sensitive to smells that you smell it, but your partner can't. Is it a sweet smell? If it is, it could be amniotic fluid leaking. Also, What texture is the discharge? Sounds weird, but texture tells a lot.
I would contact my doctor again and if you don't like his answer, go to someone else.

Honey! dont worry. Im pregnant too. And i know exactly what yout talking about. When you become pregnant your smells are intensified by like 100%!! Thats probobly the reason why you smell it soo much. I have the same thing.Try right after you have sex take a quick shower to rinse out and off any left over *** that might leak out of you. Because sometimes your parter may be causeing the smell because if his *** that leaks out of you after sex. And if you dont take a shower everyday that might leave a more intense smell down there.
Im also cleared of STDs so dont listen to anyone else.. You dont need a second opinion your fine. Also i forgot to add that when you do get pregnant every month the vaginal discharge becomes more thick..
Honey its normal! Dont worry!! Good luck with your pregnancy.
Im also 14 weeks!

14 weeks pregnant? I had something like that with one of my pregnancies. Everything is going to be OK and this probably won't last much longer. Wear a panty liner during the day and at night. Have a hand towel in the bedroom for easy clean up. As for the smell ask him to do it under the covers so that the smell won't bother you. It obviously doesn't bother him. And maybe light a candle before intercourse to overpower the odor. There is also a section on this in What to Expect When You are Expecting.

There are lots of reasons for the discharge, but the odor may all be in your head. Your hormones can make lots of things that didn't bother you smell extremly unpleasent now that you are pregnant. You might smell just fine "down there" to everyone else. But it never hurts to get a second opinion. Ask your boyfriend if he smells anything, and go back to your OBGYN. Good luck!

Amniotic fluid will not have an odor, unless it maybe infected due to your cervix being slightly open, and you would also have some pain during intercourse if this is the case, but not in the early stages. This also might be simply normal discharge that goes with being pregnant. But to play things safe, I would hold off on the intercourse until your OB has checked you.
Good luck and congratulations!

It sounds to me like you need to get another opinion or to a doctor you can totally trust and feel comfortable with, no matter what your question or situation is. You should never be having a smell like that, nor incurring such shame or feelings like that, about being near your man during pregnancy. I hope you get help soon, it sounds like you may need some time of cream or antibiotics, leave that up to another doctor and good luck!!! Don't delay as you don't want any kind of infection or possibility switching over through the placenta to your fetus. You take care of YOU!!!! Do whatever you need to do to feel better physically and mentally! :)

Dont worry about it.. it happened threw the majority of my pregnancy. Alot of it is normal. I was worried and asked and got checked to.. the pressure of youre body odwn there could be causeing the leakage. Not to worry. Buy Pantyliners they work great, as for the smell and your spouse. I wouldn't worry to much. If your that worried about how you smell during sex wash it off before hand. That way there will be no worries.

How far along are you? You might be leaking amniotic fluid. I would call the doctor, and if he wont see you, then I would go to the hospital. Your discharge should not smell bad.
