"Turnkey" means that everything is brand new in the house. All a new buyer has to do is "turn they key" and move in, no rennovations needed at all.

Just a note of clarification, turnkey does not mean furnished except maybe for some built-ins.

A turnkey house is furnished.All you need to move in is your clothes.
