u r LUCKY!! im 13 and im only a 30A. if your mom has a "big" one, then u are gonna have it to(normally) so yes.

That is pretty developed for a 13 year old. Most girls that young I know need no cup at all. So don't worry, just try to enjoy the life and body you have.
