the book, "Scarlett", by ALexandria Ripley, was the sequel published in the late 80s, early 90s, a terrible book at that. Not worth the read. And apparently the made-for-TV-movie didn't do as well either.

I think the name of the sequel was "Scarlett" . It was made in the mid 90's

Yes there was a sequel "Scarlett"
it was a tv movie.
Also at the same time they had considered a "Casablanca 2" but that never happened.

The only thing else that I can tell you (that other people haven't) is that the movie 'Scarlet' was bad.
Scarlet gets back together with Rhett Butler and they have another child. Most of the movie happened in Ireland.
