A story about the leaders of a country, misleading the people by saying it as democracy will become newsworthy

Well what make a current event new worthy is the intensity it may contain and the impact it may have on today society and the way people will view it and interpret the news.If its something minor people will pay no attention to it and therefore it will never get newsworthy attention, but if the news deals with a particular issues that may impact the US society in a way that may affect several groups of people if will attract major attention.

If it scares people, or can be twisted into frightening them, then they will put it on the news. Or of course if it fits their agenda.
