You are going to have to be more specific. Zero balloons will lift you off the ground, but the gas inside them pushing against the balloons might. It is going to depend on what type of gas you use, and what the volume of the balloons is, as well as the temperature of the gas.
Some gasses climb faster than others, and some balloons hold more hot gas than others.
Far too many variables to give an answer to your question given the details you provided.

Mythbusters tried this.
It took well over 5000 balloons to raise a 6 year old girl. You're about 14-15. Maybe 20 thousand.

A show called Mythbusters already tried to find out if there's any truth to this
a 4-5 year old girl was slightly lifted off the ground after attaching her to several thousand balloons
try to imagine that

I don't know, sit in a lawn chair and tell your friends to keep tying them on until you float away. It really depends on the size of balloons, quality of the helium, and the weather that day. Those are bigger issues then your weight.

the real question i think, is how much helium you would need. check the mythbusters site, they did an experiment like that once.
