I actually think that he should test the damn missiles. Basic deterrence theory. Once this moron we elected gets out of iraq he's going to have to engage another country to keep his numbers from sinking even lower. Best way to do this for the Republicans historically has been to blow the crap out of some small country. As long as he tests the missiles they'll think twice before coming after him. Long run scenario, it saves another 20, 000 american lives that don't need to be thrown away to keep the Bush family fortune intact. Test away...
