Lots of teenagers, (younger than 15 and many adults too)willingly enter into sexual relationships without thinking of the long term consequences whether its emotional or health. Your friend has made her choice, you just have to hope/inform her that she is using contraceptives/condoms to prevent pregnancy and STDs.
P.S. - love doesn't last, many teenage relationships do not last till adult life starts.

Yes, too young.
She is going to learn the hard way... Her perspective of what a real relationship should be will end up being distorted by what she now "thinks" is ok and normal. Societies and the medias perception is destroying this nation on a moral level and like the sassy broad said... this could end up costing her dearly as far as her psyche goes for years to come if not the rest of her life. I'd recommend her seeing a counselor or talking to an adult she has high opinion for or simply someone she feels she can trust. Action must be taken soon though! Its like a train... once it picks up speed it gets harder and harder to get the courage to realize you're going in the wrong direction and jump off.

Well, talking girl to girl I would like to say that yes, she is too yound. I am seventeen now. I will be 18 in october. I am a virgin and am glad I am waiting. I would lying if I said i was a saint, but I dated a guy for two years and almost gave myself up. Lookin back, he was a jerk babe...I'm glad it didn't happen. It is a personal decision of course. But there are so many people out there. And you'll only be a virgin once. Be careful about your decision. I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to sleep with my guy...I'm just waiting for the right moment. Remember though, be careful, and use protection if you do it. Be smart about it.

To be honest, I lost my virginity at a young age but waited some time before doing it again. My advise to you and your friends is that you will want to have sex and experience those pleasures, but you have to make sure that that is what you want to do, make sure you are comfortable doing it and most of all PROTECT YOURSELVES!
You dont want to end up teenage parents,but dont let that scare you from actually being a teenager and doing things that teens do. Just do it SMART!
