his half american and half lebanese.he goes around town gaining peoples trust and taking huge somes of money from them.he also tells numerous amounts of lies.people tend to trust him because he goes around showing his american passport,his very intelligent.he uses his knowledge of the koran and bible to deceive people.nobody has been able to find him,different families are looking for him its close to a year.someone claimed to have seen him but before she got close enough to grab him.he got into a taxi i dsapppeared.

It sounds like this guy is a scary one. First, unless you are law enforcement officials, you shouldn't try to apprehend this felon. You should contact the local authorities and be prepared to give good descriptions (photos are best), an address list, any pertinent telephone numbers, and detailed accounts of the people that he has swindled. You can also post flyers around town with his picture and a warning that he is dangerous and deceitful. Good luck.
