Hello! I go to London tomorrow and I'm going to spend 4 days there. I've already checked the weather forecast by internet but this is not clear. In brief, it will be quite hot but cloudly, isn't it?
And can the weather change quickly during a day (for exemple first shining and then cloudly)?

It was very hot and sunny recently, and as is often the case in the summer, that has now ended, and been replaced with very changeable weather. Quite windy, with frequent showers forecast, but it's supposed to remain reasonably warm. So yes, the weather can change quickly here, but it shouldn't get too nasty. Make sure you buy an umbrella when you get here, and you'll be fine!

I just visited london today and the weather was very pleasant. Not too hot (around 24degrees) with a light breeze and partly cloudy but no rain. I have heard that the temperature is supposed to increase during the week and by Thursday it is supposed to be upto 30 degrees! The weather does change a lot in london though, and can do so very quickly. The summer is generally warm but quite often after a long hot spell there is usually a number of severe thunderstorms with hail. Because of its proximity to water, London's weather can change, usually for the worse. The best month for Sun is Sept-Oct, during summer, when temp goes hi, it begins to cloud up and rain.
That's why Londoners are never seen without an umbrella. Good luck and not to worry, even if it rains, it is usually intermittent.

yeh, da weather in england and ireland can change drastically within an hour. it could be really sunny in the morning but by the afternoon it could be horrible and rainy! just bring clothes for both weathers or chance your arm with just wearin a sweater with a t-shirt underneath!

We are having warm weather so bring summer clothes but bring a sweater for cooler evenings. Have fun in our city!

Londons weather is very capracious. It can change within a matter of hours.So be prepared.

Yes it can change quickly, when I was there it was rainy in the morning and a few hours later it was sunny.
