I'd rather be really smart but ugly than really dumb but pretty.
If you are dumb, you are dumb forever. And according to Judge Judy, beauty fades but dumb is forever. If you are really smart, nobody can take that away from you and you could be the leader of this world. Being ugly is no problem nowadays. That is what plastic surgeons are for.

I'd rather be Smart and Ugly! Being smart can get you a certain amount of success. And I've seen many U-G-L-Y people with mates, spouses, and children! The gamble is...will having children breed more uglies? ---Just a little humor! (sort of). Prettiness will fade and it doesn't save you from being cheated on and used. Being dumb can get you screwed over until you get bitter. If you're dumb you're not going to decide to start learning! By the way, the combo of Pretty and dumb can be lethal.

I guess I would rather be really dumb but pretty because i could just study a lot and get smarter and the butt ugly, I would have to operate and that would cost a lot.

I would rather be smart and ungly. If you are smart and ugly, it don't matter because if you are a good person it don't matter what anybody think of you. I would never want to be dumb.

I am really smart and Pretty. But I will try to answer your question.
If a person is smart, people won't care how he looks like.
But if a person is dump, people will find bad stuffs from even a good looking person.
You can compare it between Bush and Clinton.

Since I am neither smart, nor am I "pretty", I would be happy to be either. Being out of work, I could model if I were striking. Being at work, looks wouldn't help me with challenging issues of the mind. Since I am out of work, I would like to be really attractive. Slow learning can be tolerated.
