this depends on what you consider "better", A mans orgasm is complete release and intense, a woman's can build gradually and peak quite mild or be equally as strong. a woman gets best deal as she has more control over the intensity and even duration. Guys just hold back or go for it!

A woman's orgasm is better. A woman can have a orgasm for a hour straight. Guys have them, but there are not a powerful as a woman's would be.

I think a man's orgasm is better, but knowing that a woman can have multiple orgasms would make me consider a trade. A slightly lesser orgasm over and over again sounds enticing compared to a greater orgasm once.
