It kind of annoys me I live in Newport News, VA and retards here call it "Bad News". Even 50 Cent mentioned it in his song "Ski Mask Way" or something like that.

People thought it was cool to rename cities to sound "rad." It annoys me, too. Hopefully names such as the ones you mentioned, as well as, Frisco, Chitown, San JosYAY (my all time least favorite) will become archaic soon...

Sounds like your jealous because your city didn't get a cool nickname.
In the 70's/80's, Washington DC was nicknamed Chocolate City by George Clinton. That was cool, too.

Hot-LANTA means "lots of sinning" going on. It was a failed attempt in the 70's to become the Vegas of the south.
