Actually, belief in Jesus has nothing to do with political leanings. Remeber, the Catholic Church in Germany supported Hitler.
As far parting the Red Sea, it was Moses who did that; and he was Jewish.
Global warming... I'm not certain I want to even try and debate the polictal/religious/scientific implications in that statement. However, there are people on both sides of the religious spectrum that are on both side of this subject.
