The male Andalusian Blind Bat actually is not really blind, but it tries to fool female bats by carrying a white stick and flying into things. Thus, when the female nods or winks at an attractive male, the Andalusian Blind Bat moves in with its white stick, the female is overcome with pity and.....gives in. The Andalusian Blind bat population is now so large in some bat habitats that other bat species are developing white sticks of their own to compete. Isn't natural selection clever!

that is quite great a question. and taking the question word for word, i believe nod and wink are all visual actions and the BAT is BLIND. so visual signs are all meaningless to it. unless u wanna tell me that its sonar or whatever it uses to fly is so sensitive that it can detect expressions on the faces of humans

no, all bats are essentially blind and use sonar so movement of the head is different from just an eyelid
