You have more time in the day to do things that matter, play with your kids/grandkids, spend time with loved ones, do a constructive hobby, go back to school and have self time...I could go on and on!!!!

Reality TV is the best reason not to watch.
Watch the credits, they actually have a staff of writers and editors for "reality"
Anybody else out there agree with the absurdity.

I did not have a T.V. for two years during my college days. I barely knew I was missing something. What I liked best about it was seeing MASH reruns for the first time.

It forces you to get up, walk away and do something else....like live your life...but really who wants that when you can watch a Project Runway seaon 2 marathon for the fifth time...not me!
