In case you haven't noticed, my tastes span many cultures, and this is evident in musical taste too. My favorite genres include techno, pop, classical, American oldies, and industrial rock--but only that of one band: Rammstein. My other favorite bands include Indochine, O-Zone (although they broke up), Spioni Kak Mi, The Beatles, Buck Rogers, Die Toten Hosen, DJ Slon, Hellad Velled, Juli, Rosenstolz, Muse, and Green Day.
I also enjoy classical (since I have played violin for 21 years and took up nine other instruments after that) and other instrumental music including some folk (as I have traveled extensively and experience a lot of beautiful folk music in traveling). My favorite classical composer is one you're hopefully familiar with: Gustav Holst (famous for his multi-mvt. work "The Planets" and "Second Suite for Military Band in F"), but I also like Antonin Dvorak (famous for "Symphony 5: From the New World" which is great!), Bela Bartok, Bedrich Smetana, Petr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and Henry Purcell (famous for his opera "Dido and Aeneas").

uhmmmmmmmm, probably rock(not heavy metal), old school R&B, all types of 80's songs, and of course as a Latina I have to love my spanish music.
