I just had a baby, and my urine was always a flourent yellow colour. Normal. You do want to do frequent urine test to test for your protein levels. You should request it at the doctor/midwife if they don't give it too you. I tested ever 4 weeks, because it too can lead to a discolouration in your pee.

Both times I was pregnant, my urine was darker in the morning, after I took my vitamin. It wasn't dark, dark yellow...that's actually a sign of dehydration. Mine was very bright during the morning, then went to clearish during the afternoon.

A lot of it is the vitamins passing through, yes it is true but you may have an infection so I'd let the doc know. I had the same issue and ended up with an UTI
Good luck

Prenatal vitamins can be one answer. Or you could have a bladder infection. Discuss it with your doctor.
