my dell laptop is not working like it should. when i turn it on i have volume an no picture.ive turned it on an off 2 c if thats the prob but it still does the same.its a 2100 series dell latitude CPI.

It's a Dell, that happens...that's not my opinion, that's a fact. You won't be able to fix it yourself, take it to someone who knows what they're doing, and don't call Dell, they won't help.

contact Dell, if it is not all that old it should still be under a protection plan

simple answer. throw it away and buy a computer that doesnt suck.
