Between these three I like MSN best, as most people are on it and with Messenger Plus conversations are fun even with people I loathe. As MSN needs my firewall to open unnecessary ports though, increasing risk, I prefer going online with Trillian and use Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, MSN and even Jabber at the same time - the MSN options are somewhat less elaborate, but the functionality is miles ahead of anything else - and that includes geek-loved GAIM and Exodus too.

yahoo messenger or msn definitely i personally like yahoo msngr better but i think most people like msn better... aim not so sure

Yahoo messenger because I've been using it for so many years now that I'm completely used to it. I think aim is a little overrated, it's not that great, you don't even have the option of being invisible incase you don't want to talk to your friends.

I have yahoo and prefer it too. I'm always having trouble with MSN and I 've never heard of AIM.

I hav Yahoo Messenger. I think it's better than the others. Becuz this kind haz Audibles, games, smiley faces, and IMViornments. U can play games while talking. I like Yahoo.

I have all 3 but prefer yahoo. They have more easy-to-use features, better smilies (i'm a smiley addict lol) & you can sign on in invisible mode AND choose to be invisible to certain people. (That pick & choose invisible feature is GREAT when a friend gets on your nerves!) You can be invisible on aim but you have to do that AFTER you sign in & it sucks cause some people are very quick to IM you the very second you sign in....grrrrr.
