contact the school district with the schools you attended and the time period, they'll let you know what to do from there...ex. if you have to pay for them or who else you might need to call etc.

Since the Embassy won't accept e-mails, you are going to need an actual transcript and the only way to get that is to write directly to the schools and request them. It will likely cost you a couple of dollars for copying, notarizing and mailing.
How is your school transcript going to help you register your daughter? Don't you have a passport that shows your citizenship?

I don't think that you can do a "search" for them, if by "search" you mean on the internet. Like medical records, educational records are confindential. You would need to contact the schools directly; if they don't have them, or if they no longer exist (my elementary school in Maryland doesn't), then you should contact the county school board for help.

You will need to contact the school directly. They will forward them to the new school. You could have probably brought them with you when you moved, my parents did when we moved to Germany back in the 60's.

Seriously? Wouldn't it be easier to show them your birth certificate. You should be able to order that online. Try going to the website for the state where you were born you should be able to order one through there. I don't know why they would ask for those other things unless they thought your b.c. or passport was fake.

I don't believe that you can "search" to get your transcipts. The best and most efficient way is to contact the school directly and ask them to please mail the transcript to you.
