In Mexico......you can set outside on the patio and watch the people on the boat ride sail through the water......and the food was delicious. Its expensive, though. Someone gave me a really great web site on here that actually has the menus of the places to eat at all the disney resorts. Since i dont know how to paste a link......lol....Ill just tell you the site. Its called allears.net ......check it out....I was impressed with the whole site. It even gives prices of food, rides, packing tips, etc...its great. Enjoy your trip to disney and remember that they will let you take snacks in. We even packed PB and jelly sandwiches and they didnt care. Be sure to take you a bottle of water and refill it at the water fountains beside the bathrooms...those are the only ones that have cold water.

All of the eateries at EPCOT are terrific. But my top two can be found in Japan and at the Living Seas. The Shogun Rest. in Japan offers two types of dining: tempenyaki, where they cook everything right in front of you, or lounge style. I recommend the lounge style. You can plan for a late dinner, close to 9pm. Choose to sit and be served in the lounge area (you can order pretty much anything from in here, it's just not cooked in front of you, it's served as usual and is often cheaper than the other style). They have great sushi and sashimi. Sit by the window and have great seats for people watching, or for Illuminations - Reflections of Earth night show on the lake!
The Living Seas fine dining Rest., Coral Reef, is my 2nd pick. This eatery is unlike anything you will ever epxerience. This beautiful dimly light restaraunt sits alongside a beautiful living coral reef aquarium. While the ambiance is great, the food is terrific as well. The style is a bit gourmet (even the butter molds for your bread look like little fish) and prices can range anywhere from $20-$50 per person. This is a great place for a romantic dinner or to just see and try something different.

Les Chefs de France
Dine in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower at Epcot. Savor the delights inspired by the culinary creativity of famous French chefs at this traditionally elegant restaurant. The atmosphere, the croque monsieur, the salade Niçoise and the gourmet specialties are so authentically French, you'll forget which side of the Atlantic you're on!
Also, San Angel Inn - Mexico Pavilion is also very cool.
Do not go to San Angel expecting "American" Mexican food as this is the real McCoy! Our young children (under 10 yrs.) were disappointed that the Tacos and Burritos were not similar to Taco Bell. The food is not very spicy but they will add heat if requested. Jalapeno peppers on the side are very hot and fresh. Be sure to request a table by the "river" for a more romantic experience.

EPCOT has some of the best dining in Disney, you have so many options and choices and the food is really good.
Some of my favorites are:
L' Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante - Great Italian food
Bistro de Paris - Really good French food
Coral Reef Restaurant - Good food and a nice restaurant
Le Cellier Steakhouse - My favorite in EPCOT
San Angel Inn - The best Mexican food
It's all great at EPCOT, you just have to decide what sounds the best.

Theres this resturant at Epcot that I can't think of the name! Its a revolving resturant and they have exellent food. It takes a full hour to revolve around the resturant. Your entertained by many Disney Characters. After you are finished eating you can take a small boat ride and learn how Disney and Nasa are discovering new ways to grow food. It was not bad at all. For the life of me I can't think of the name! I know I'm not being much help right now but I will tell you this, its right next to the ride called Sorin.

oh my this is a tough one. I don't know if you knew this but if you are staying for a week on the property you can get a pass that costs $17 I think and it will pay for 2 snacks 1 lunch (fast) 1 sit down and 1 dinner. I think thats right. Anyway I've eaten at Mexico San Angel Inn , Italy, Japan Teppanyaki Dining Room, Canada Le Cellier Steakhouse, and Germany. Out of those I like Mexico, Italy or Japan. :) Mexico was fun the atmosphere was nice if you are bringing a date. Even their lunch thing outside was great too it is called La Cantina De San Angel. Japan was a good one too. I love Japanese food, and they cook it right in front of you! Italy was a fun experience. They make their own pasta right there and sauce. Canada was ok, not one of my favorites. They do have awesome potato soup if you can get some to go. It has beer in it which you cant taste but very very yummy. Germany if you like Sauerkraut. I don't care for it. Germany was a buffet. Oh yeah you have to stop in France and go to their bakery. Not sure what it was called but you can even get an order to go.

Le Cellier Steakhouse - Great steaks, amazing breads, wonderful desserts. This restaurant is in the basement of the main Canada building in the World Showcase. Our AAA representative recommened that our family try this restaurant for a change of pace. We enjoyed it very much. The restaurant is known for their pretzel breadsticks which are amazing. There is also sourdough, wheat and a fourth kind (I am drawing a blank). There is also a wonderful cheesy potato soup with bacon that the restaurant serves. It's excellent.
No matter where you decide to dine at EPCOT, it will be amazing. Disney outdoes themselves in their dinning chooses!

Depends on what you like to eat. Germany is pretty darn tasty. There is a French restaurant in France that is also nice.
Have a good time and be sure to take a disposable poncho. They charge $15 bucks at Epcot but you can get one anywhere else for a buck or two. And it WILL rain....;-)

Depends on what your taste buds are wanting. Mexico is ok, but it's still the Americanized version of Mexican. Germany's beer garden is totally necessary. My fave is the bakery in Paris. I'm a huge fan of Japanese food, but was unimpressed with the food in the Epcot version.

I've never had bad food anywhere in the World Showcase. Just pick a country with food you'd like to try, and enjoy! If you find yourself hungry in Future World, there is a casual place in the Land Pavilion that offers multiple restaurants, so everyone can get whatever they want. It's not overly expensive, and it is good (especially the bakery).
