i was playing with my 3mo old and my husband said not to flip her over because it could flip her liver i said thats just an old wives tale my grandmother said the same thing to my dad when played with my brothers & sister

I've heard that before, but both of my kids loved flipping upside down. they are both healthy. I think its just an old wives tale

LOL, NO! If I hold you upside down will your liver flip?? I dont think so. Where the heck did you get that from? But you should never hold a baby upside down just for future reference. . .

i've never even heard of that one....
if that were true, then everyone would probably have an upside down liver...unless your child is born breech, it spends a while upside down before it is born.
