if uneducated persons rules India and make rules for educated ones, what will happen u can imagine. AND WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW??????????????

Not necessary, but they need leadership quality, power in speech, integrity, sincerity, honesty, courtesy and purity, but most of them lack of these qualities..
